Best doctor and staff I’ve ever been to. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. De La Torre is very patient and takes time to stop and explain everything very well. Thank you for your amazing service, it’s greatly appreciated.

I was looking for a doctor to become my primary doctor or doctor de cabecera. I think I just found him. My experience was pleasant since the beginning. The receptionist was extremely patient and helpful answering each question. On point, as doctor De La Torre was actively listening and observing. He asked the right questions and was very professional. All the staff was professional and polite . Recommend this Dr. to anyone like me who is looking for a primary doctor. Had an accident Oct 10 went to the doctor and instructed me to get an X-ray and rmi. I did the X-ray same day oct 15 . Assistant advised she needed to get approval from my insurance and will call me so I can schedule the rmi appointment. None call me for the x ray results or rmi approval . Almost a month ago, I call to find out what was taking long to provide me w a status update. It is truly unacceptable to wait almost a month and to still have pain to hear nothing is wrong w the X-ray and that it essentially was my fault . Person attending my call did not apologize or take responsibility. Horrible conversation. I am glad I can travel to Monterey or Nuevo laredo so I will probably continue to do that’s at least service is better , faster and better quality.

Thank you for taking care of my son, he came back and said this was different. He stated that the wait time was minimal and office staff was nice compared to others in Laredo, Dr. De La Torre took the time to examine and explained the Dx. and treatment to him. This process is rarely done or seen in town. My son has already been seen for his follow up and same process. Thank you Dr.

Horrible doctor. I've been with him for 3 years and in all these years he never genuinely helped me all he did was try to put me on hard drugs to get me more dependent on them and they just made me even worse. I've even heard from other people that he tries to push drugs like Xanax on you like he constantly offers it. Which is extremely disgusting and unprofessional. He isn't even trying to hide it that he's trying to get you hooked on hard drugs. He's just like any other doctor that doesn't really care about your health and is just here to keep you sicker to profit off of you.
