From the moment I stepped in the door, customer service was impeccable. I was greeted with q smile. Staff was polite and educated me on my coverage, price, process and possibly qualifying for care assistance if I could not pay for the glasses I opted for. Very thankful.

Just wanted to say....the Girls at Optical Lopez are very pretty and they all have great knowledge. The Doctor that did my examinations is also very thorough with her exams. I am getting my glasses pretty soon..and i will update on Part II on how my new glasses comes out.. thank you Girls

I will 100% recommend this office ,Sinse the minute you walk in the girls in the front are so nice . The doctor is amazing she answered all my questions.it was a perfect eye exam..
