I’m so thankful that I decided to have my eyes checked at Optical Illusion. Every employee I interacted with was courteous, welcoming, and accommodating. I walked in without an appointment, and Janae was able to schedule me for a same-day appointment just two hours later. She clearly explained everything I needed to know and made the entire process easy and stress-free. After my eye exam with Dr. William To, I was unsure whether I should get prescription glasses, sunglasses, or regular glasses. Janae took the time to patiently explain my options, and by the end, I felt 100% confident in my decision.I really appreciated her patience and guidance. A special thank you to Dr. William To for taking the time to thoroughly explain my eye exam results. He showed genuine care, answered all of my questions, and gave me different options instead of simply telling me what to do. That level of personalized care is something I don't often experience, and it made a lasting impression. Thank you to the entire team for such an outstanding experience. I will definitely be coming back next year and highly recommend Optical Illusion to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

Kali was friendly and engaging, the gentleman who ran me through the exams was very professional and friendly, and the doctor was equally professional and explained my eye situation clearly. I truly appreciate the help of Janae of Optical Illusions. I had been looking for an optometrist office who knew how to repair my eyeglasses, which I got from overseas. Finally I found Janae. She had my pair repaired in just a few minutes, with new parts. She didn’t even charge her service. While she was working on it, I browsed their collection of frames. They have a wide range of brands and the latest models in stock, very impressive. Thank you again, Janae.

I had an amazing experience at optical illusions. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly. Kali explained each process we were doing as she was prepping me for the doctor. Dr. To was also very knowledgeable, understanding and not pushy at all like some other places. He educated me while allowing me to choose what I wanted for my needs. Brendan was helpful when it came to placing an order for frames and it didn’t give that “salesy” vibe. Would recommend to others!

I stopped by today to have my glasses adjusted and was really impressed by the level of care and customer service from Brenden Harvey. He took the time to carefully look at how the frames were sitting on my face and made the perfect adjustment so quickly. It made such a difference, and I really appreciated the attention to detail and kindness. Highly recommend this practice!
