I had a great experience at my eye appointment! Beatriz was amazing—she was very kind, professional, and thorough with my eye exam. She also took the time to help me choose the glasses that were ideal for me and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. I really appreciated her patience and helpfulness throughout the entire appointment. The optical place was also very welcoming, friendly, and provided great customer service. I definitely recommend Beatriz and this optical to anyone looking for a great eye-care experience!

Dahira, informed me of everything I need in less than 10 minutes over the phone. Confirmed my insurance, and also book my appointment to a in Person doctor. These days is hard to find great customer service, amd because of Dahira Ive decided to move on with them as my eye care providers. Thank you, amd ask to speak with Dahira, very attentive and polite! 10 stars!!!
