This is the most professional ophthalmologist I’ve ever been to. The doctor was polite, efficient, and fast. Michelle is the sweetest and walks you through the process with efficiency and information. They don’t try to sell you anything unnecessary and listen to your needs. Best part my glasses were ready the same day and what a bargain! Definitely recommend!
Robin was AMAZING She showed me step by step how to distinguish a fake drake to a real one. She was the upmost knowledgeable person and gave it in the friendliest manner. I didn’t plan on buying a pair of glasses but I walked out with the best pair imaginable. Highly recommend to anyone with high end needs they will be met without a doubt 👍🏼
The time and effort that the man who helped me (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name) was so personalized and sincere. This was my first ever pair of glasses and I had no idea what kind would look good on me. I tried on so many pairs and he helped me narrow down a type I liked and also pointed out that low contrast frames worked best for me. It was a great experience, very quick and efficient. I will continue to go here for my glasses!

He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for not just in style, but also comfort and vision needs. Leo explained my options clearly, helped me find frames that actually fit my face perfectly, and made sure my lenses were exactly right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and isn’t just trying to make a sale. The level of attention and customer service he provides is rare these days. If you want someone who is professional, honest, and truly attentive, I highly recommend asking for Leo. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Michelle did an excellent job, not only through her hospitality, but also through her assistance and guidance. I had came to optical masters because my frames had snapped, hoping if I could at least receive some guidance: Michelle did much more than that. She asked me a little about the event to see what was going on, and when I asked if it’d be possible to receive a new pair she hastily went to check. Coming back, she made sure not only that I was fitted with new glasses, but also that they fit well. I cannot express the quality of service that was offered to me, it’s not often you receive such a level of authenticity and kindness from a stranger. I couldn’t recommend this place more, and part of that’s because of the amazing effort that was demonstrated by the employees!
