Dont waste your time walked in with my son who needs glasses. I gave a friendly greeting then asked if they took VSP Insurance was then told by a woman behind the counter no we don't you gonna have to find a place that does. I looked at a few frames all were secured down she then called a man to the storefront I guess to unlock the frames should we wish to try on. By that time we just decided to leave as far as I know VSP is pretty much welcome at most shops. She acted like I had medicaid or VSP insurance was so bad or something. I decided to go to Raymond's a few doors down where I purchased my glasses in the past they were most welcoming take VSP and my son got great frames.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I paid for and placed my contact lens order within the stated timeframe and was told they would be ready the following week. Unfortunately, the order was placed late on their end, which caused an unnecessary delay that was completely out of my control. What makes this worse is that no accommodations or solutions were offered, even though the mistake was not mine. As a patient, I expect accountability, professionalism, and basic care, and none of that was shown in this situation. This was careless handling of a patient’s order, and the lack of concern shown afterward was unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this office to others.

I have been going to this eye doctor for quite some time now. I never had a problem. Everyone was nice and I never have to wait long. I do wish they could've told me the Asian optometrist was leaving I really liked her. There's an olde gentleman there I wasn't too keen on maybe because I was seeing the Asian dr for so long, but I will continue to give him a chance he's very nice.

I’ve had two regretful experiences here that left me feeling taken advantage of. My first visit I tried to get new lenses, I was pressured into buying more expensive ones, repeatadly despite asking for only the insurance-covered options. After half an hour of back-and-forth, I reluctantly paid just to end the situation that was going nowhere. The service was lacking to say the least. Despite that, and being forgiving, I foolishly returned for a reprint of my pupillary distance and prescription. They hadn’t recorded my distance, so they remeasured, but after I was abruptly told to pay. I softly and politely expressed puzzlement by this as I'd never been charged for that before. The staff member, however, suddenly raised his voice, angrily declaring, “this is a service!” I was taken aback—I had already agreed to pay, yet he was near yelling at me in front of other patients. It was unsettling. Especially so following the awkward wait that elapsed after his remarks. Sadly, the way I was treated both times left me feeling uncomfortable and generally disrespected. I won’t be coming back ever again.

I was dis-satisfied with their service. The administrative staff could use some customer service skill. When I called on the phone to make an appointment the person who answered advised they would call me two days prior to confirm the appointment and that if I did not answer they would leave a message and I was required to call back to confirm, otherwise my appointment would be cancelled. They never called so I called the day before to confirm and was told they called and there was not answer (I did not have a missed call or message) and they cancelled the appointment. I was then rescheduled for the same appointment. When I arrived for my 2:30 appointment there was one other person ahead of me and I waited 50 minutes to see the doctor. After waiting 30 minutes I asked "do you know how much longer until I see the doctor?" she replied "we cant be sure she is in with another patient" I said but I had an appointment a half hour ago, and her response was full of attitude "well when the doctor see's someone and there are issues we cant be sure how long it will take." my reply "what is the point of appointments then?" Needless to say I was not happy, but I kept my composure and patiently waited another 20 minutes. I later asked the doctor if I had been 50 minutes late to my appointment, would you still have honored my appointment? she did not respond, I said I would imagine not. Another issue was that they check my vision coverage prior to the appointment and quoted me one pride for the co-pay then gave me a different price in person. So I got my vision checked but went else where to fill it the prescriptions. In the end I am a mother of of a 5 year old and it was the middle of a Saturday, I left my child and guests at my own BBQ for my appointment and was there in good time, waited 50 minutes I was with the doctor for all of about 5 minutes to check my vision and left paying a different price then quoted. What makes there time more valuable then mine, and the attitude of the staff was less then attractive. You bet I will not be returning.
