We had a great experience! My young daughter and I were treated well with fast and friendly service. Sara and Dr. Malde made our visit as smooth and quick as possible considering the number of visitors to staff ratio. I'd definitely recommend this location.
Not very good service at all. I’ve been to another location wayyyy busier than this one with wayyy better service. The doctor was very rushed didn’t even go through everything with me I don’t even think I picked the right lenses because I was overwhelmed with her switching between slides so quickly and didn’t even give me a chance to say something. Just said let me know when u can see clearly and when I asked to switch back SHE assumed I was good with that one and ended the session. I could not see the letters. Was to uncomfortable to say something. The counter ladies were nice though.
I had an excellent experience at this optical shop. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was very pleasant and professional. I especially want to give a shout-out to Melanie and Sara, who provided exceptional service: they were very kind, patient, and took the time to help me choose the perfect glasses without any pressure. They answered all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied. The service was fast, the shop is very clean and organized, and it has a great selection of frames at good prices. I will definitely return and highly recommend it. Thank you, Melanie and Sara, for making the experience so enjoyable! ✨
Sara and Melanie are always a pleasure! Dr Malde is very informative, professional, and patient. Glad to finally see them again. My three kids and I are thankful for this office.
AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Dr. Elyse Malde, Jesy & Sara were ALL FANTASTIC! (OPTICAL OUTLETS office relocated from the Mall that closed down last year, so they are remodeling, the offices are small but very clean) & from the moment I called at 9am on Fri morning, they were able to fit my 10yo grandson & I both that same day! The other places I called weren't avail for months, & certainly weren't kind & courteous. Great Customer Service is very RARE these days! "THANK YOU" for making us both feel welcome, comfortable and our business was appreciated (& NOT just another number). I "declined" the eye dialation and my decision was respected, not questioned. I highly recommend this location for children & adults. (& they accept "Medicaid" & Cash pay-No Ins) Thanks again!
