The actual doctor is quick and nice, no problem there. I have three issues: 1) My glasses were supposed to be ready for pick-up from 7-10 business days (or so I’m told), yet they are apparently delayed (over two weeks past my original appointment date); 2) I tried to call today to ask why there was a delay, however it is 5:42PM and I’ve been on hold for 59 minutes so far (they close at 6…?). 3) During my appointment last Monday, I arrived early to my 3PM appointment, yet walk-ins were all going before me. It was 3:30PM when I finally went to ask how long the wait would be, just to realize they forgot about me. Not the best experience, hope there’s no issues receiving my glasses.

I had a wonderful experience at my appointment today. The doctor and the entire staff were incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating throughout the visit. They took the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and made sure everything was clearly explained. I truly felt cared for and respected. It’s such a relief to receive that level of attention and professionalism. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE experience all around! From walking in it was a mess, unorganized, customers complaining at the front door. After an Hour past my appt they finally saw us. They were clueless on the insurance I had to walk them thru it. I was charged for a fitting never received. Months later still no contacts no fitting and no insurance claim processed. Also NO ONE picks up the phone! No way to contact office directly! Worst ophthalmologist office I’ve ever been to!

I would like to leave a 100% positive review about my experience at this office. I been taking my child to this oculist for 2 years and always from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The ladies (Verlaine, Zelma and Mayara) who assisted us showed great communication, kindness, and patience, which made the visit very pleasant and comfortable. Overall, the service was exceptional, and the level of customer care was outstanding. I truly felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend your office to others. Thank you for providing such professional and compassionate service.

My experience has been wonderful for 3 years now. The staff is always helpful and pleasant with excellent customer service. Vanessa is the manager from the location who is very helpful, pleasant and always has a beautiful smile on her face. She has guided me with my visit with excellent care and understanding with what I needed for my eyes 🤓 Thank you everyone from happy customer
