I've been getting my glasses with then for a few years now. I love how they treat me. I feel like family when I go there. They are so accommodating to my needs and they always make sure I'm 100% satisfied with my glasses or lenses before I leave, if I'm not satisfied they make it right always.
I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Ramirez to everyone. They are always so very helpful to me and helped me pick out my frames (which I get compliments on and would’ve never chosen myself). If I have a medical issue, they always squeeze me in as soon as they can. Yes, sometimes I have to wait a little, but this is the case with any place honestly and I always plan for this no matter where I go (hair dresser, other doctors, etc). Otherwise, I can’t express enough how kind and helpful everyone is there.
I had an excellent experience with Doc and her staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Doc took the time to explain my exam results clearly and answered all my questions, making me feel comfortable and well-informed. The staff is friendly, efficient, and organized, ensuring that appointments run smoothly and patients feel cared for. I truly appreciate the professionalism and compassion shown by the entire team. I recently purchased eyeglasses and was very disappointed with the lenses because it was to thick for the frame. Its white around the rim of the lenses. They look terrible on my face. The Doctor totally dismiss my concern and told me it was nothing that could be done. I'm sure with this new technology in the world, the lenses have been made thinner. I will be finding a new eye doctor.
They were amazing!!! I have a really hard prescription and both Dr. Joanne Ramirez, and Emily, one of the optical technicians, went above and beyond to make sure my lenses were perfect. They were meticulous in getting the proper measurements, and were relentless in dealing with the manufacturer and my insurance provider. They genuinely cared that I was able to see. It was clear that this wasn’t just a job, they sincerely cared. I brought my family there. I would highly recommend Optical Techniques to anyone in need of eye care.
