I've always had gotten vision coverage but never took advantage of the benefits. I decided to finally do an eye exam and got recommended to this location. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and walked me step by step explaining the reasoning for each test and discussing my results. Although I am not an individual who is in need of glasses, im glad I came here to complete my eye exam and plan to continue getting my annual visual exam at this location. Staff is extremely friendly and will answer any questions you may have. Dr. Petrauskaite takes the time to get to know her patients with her friendly personality. I can guarantee all her patients are provided with optimal care.

This place is excellent at what they do, and I had such a great experience! It’s beyond welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in. Dr. Petrauskaite was awesome throughout the entire process, clearly explaining everything and answering all my questions. They use advanced technology that made the whole process easy and efficient, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the gentleman at the front desk, who I believe was Jeremy, was incredible. He was so helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect pair of glasses that I liked and felt comfortable in. We left very happy with the whole experience, and it’s clear they truly value their patients. They most definitely set the bar high, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I had a great experience here. The doctor and office manager were so professional and kind. The office is very modern however they give it a small town feel with the way they interact and treat their patients. Great selection of glasses. This will definitely be my new eye doctor moving forward.

I came in to have my prescription re-evaluated because I was still experiencing poor vision from my previous eye doctor. From the moment I arrived, I was assisted quickly and checked in right away. I did feel a bit bad since my appointment was scheduled later in the day and they were close to closing, but the staff was still incredibly welcoming and helpful. Dr. Petrauskaite took excellent care of me—she truly listened to all of my concerns, addressed my needs thoroughly, and explained everything in a clear and thoughtful way. She made sure I was comfortable the entire visit, and you can genuinely tell she cares about her patients. The clinic also uses very advanced, high-tech equipment, which made the entire experience even better. Overall, I felt well cared for and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking to get their eyes checked!

I had visited this office on Saturday 4/4/26. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I checked in for my appointment and noted I would need to look for frames. Addison looked at me, and pointed out a pair of frames he thought I would like. He was so spot on. He could see in just a glance that I have a very strong prescription and need a smaller frame, and based on the style I was wearing thought I would like them. Well, I ended up selecting that frame for my new prescription. I chose a small individual practice because I was tired of the bigger chain eye care facilities. I don't think they give the patient the full attention to detail needed when it comes to someone's vision. Plus always having so many people there all trying to receive assistance. I honestly did a random search and found Optika, seen it was a private office and very close to my home so I selected it. I am so pleased with the staff, the customer service, the thoroughness to everything they did and the cost is right on target. I used my insurance, and VSP and as I mentioned before, I have a very strong prescription that without these, just yikes. The total cost after everything was written up was still less than the last big chain location I had gone to. I know they are new to our Cooley Station neighborhood, and truly hope they thrive and stay here for many years to come. Keep up the amazing work! Kristen
