Very bad experience here. I asked at least 3 times during my visit if my insurance was good. 2 different people assured me it was. 3 days later I get a call from them saying my insurance wasn't covering my glasses. I said ok fine, cancel my order. Then they said there would be a re stocking fee. The lady on the phone made it pretty clear that it was probably all my fault. Absolutely horrible. Never going back.
I had an excellent experience at Henry Ford OptimEyes Super Vision Center. Ale was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. He took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and provided outstanding customer service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly from start to finish! Carol was the tech that worked with me to make my selections for regular and sun glasses. The staff during mine and my daughter’s appointment was great, the doctor was great which is the only reason I’m leaving 3 stars. The women who handled my daughter after she picked out new glasses was rude, kept pushing what she thought my daughter should get was raising her voice to my daughter about the 2 option she picked out which were the same size frames as what was already on her face tried to tell me that the lenses would be huge and thick but again my daughter had the same size frames on and her script only changed slightly the lenses she had were thin so I was confused why this women was so adamant about what she thought my 14 should be wearing. I had both of our scripts printed and I left and will be going somewhere else.
