Everyone here has been super wonderful, helpful and nice! I’ve seen three of the doctors that work here between a visit last year and two this year for both contacts and glasses and all three were very nice and easy to work with. The two women who work the front of the office are incredibly friendly and patient! They both worked to help me find the best glasses for my face and pulled the options that would be ready for a quick turnaround before a trip. I was sent home with a couple extra contact trials for my trip as well and they have been super personable and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I have really enjoyed the visits here and highly recommend!

I went ti Ootium Eye care today and everybody was very nice except the price for my glasses is to high. Im on a fixed income. They took off $100.

I did my glasses and contacts with them recently. I strongly recommend them. I had a great experience here. The price for the contacts exam was the most affordable I found around the area and it included many follow up appointments since it took me a while to adjust to the new formula. They provided me with all of the trials needed and were very patient. Regarding the glasses, they made sure I had just the right formula and that I felt comfortable with them. All of the doctors and staff are super friendly.

I had a truly outstanding experience at optimum Eye care! Dr. Joseph Bistricer went above and beyond to help me find the right contact lenses for my monovision. He was incredibly patient and took the time to work with me over multiple visits to make sure I was getting the best possible vision correction. His dedication and expertise really stood out he didn't settle until we found the perfect prescription that worked my needs. Also I can't say enough great things about Becky and the rest of the girls at front desk. They are super friendly and welcoming. Becky is very knowledgeable. Her customer service it top notch. The girls make every visit pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team at Optimum Eye care you've gained a loyal patient.
