The receptionist was rude on the phone when she called to let me know my glasses were ready to be picked up, and then extremely rude when i had to come back on a Saturday morning because the glasses didn’t fit me. The doctor tried to form the frames to fit me, and melted the outside of my glasses… let me leave with them like that. I got in my car and noticed it still was bothering my ears. Still didn’t fit me. So had to go in a THIRD time to try to get these glasses to fit me. The doctor asked why i left if they didn’t fit me. The entire experience was bad from start to finish. So now i waited two months to get in, two weeks for the glasses to get in, and then i asked for a refund because none of this was worth the money i spent(when i asked for a refund the doctor was extremely happy, not a good look), so now I'm without glasses. Save your time & money and go elsewhere.

Customer service is fine but it’s the glasses that really counts the most and the prices are good. Been going there for four years and thank goodness they have more modern looking glasses, however, without fail, the glasses are too thick for progressives and too glarey. So, unfortunately, I may go somewhere else this year, 2024, due to those reasons.

I went. It was so pleasant. I ordered my glasses, they came in 10 days which was GREAT! THEN I was picking them up, Ted was trying to frame them correctly to my face && then SNAPPED the end right infront of me. Took them to the back, he switched the side out with the display side && didn't even apologize or offer to send for new frames. They weren't coated correctly so I called && I asked how we could take care of this, he said to bring them back and go somewhere else. Thanks! What a great time 💖

Do not waste your time with this gimmick of and optician and retail store! We had to spend an extended amount of time here because the optician could not properly administer dilating eye drops, and the guy who does the glasses and contact lenses fitting is terribly rude. We were give a trial box of daily lenses and told to come back in ten days to have them check. How are you supposed to come back in 10 days when you're not even given 5 days worth of lenses? All of the name brand frames are over priced and they are very much to get you to buy the economy brand because they make more money on them. Do yourself a favor and think twice about using these cons, the entire experience with them is a complete and utter disappointment.

they’re always canceling on me saying that the “doctor is sick” and I end up having to reschedule and wait yet another month or two… i don’t know if it’s just racism at this point because I see others being attended to but when it comes to me and my siblings being attended I’m always getting a call saying the doctor is sick again.. will not be going here again and if you’re Hispanic i would definitely avoid this place.
