Amazing office ! Super clean and professional environment ! Dr. Z was so kind and attentive. My initial exams were done by Mary, very sweet and detail oriented young lady.
My husband and I have been coming here for 4 years! We am very confident seeing Dr. Lee. We receive top notch care and information. Norma and Gabby are very good at guiding you throug the process of picking out glasses and really care that you are satisfied with your choice! Also, the location is absolutely adorable, lots of shops! I highly recommend Optique Optometry.
I made an appointment easily, all staff were kind, professional, efficient. The eye exam was thorough. My glasses came in quickly and I was called to come pick them up ,this when things changed. Although they are good,I was handed my glasses over the counter without being seated to ensure they fit correctly and I was satisfied . It's as if once you bought the glasses customer service just wasn't important. They are a good office and I hope this was a one time situation and not typical. Reason for 4 stars only
Best Doctor ever. I sweared there is something in my eye. Who could have guessed it was dry eyes! So knowledge. Always explain everything and is so patient. Love him. The staff are amazing as well.
