Dr Katie Andrews is thorough and thoughtful, prompting thought out questions about your planned use of glasses and contact lenses. I appreciate her "looking ahead" and "looking out" for her patients (me). All of the staff are simply amazing and kind and helpful. Miss Dana assisted me today and was excellent, explaining each exam and being so accommodating when I needed something. I could not ask for a better crew to look after the well being of my eyes! Also, a few summers ago I had a scary rapid growing infection in my eye and the staff got me in to see the Dr. Katie immediately and she gave me the medication I needed, which quickly resolved the terrifying infection. I am so grateful to her and all the staff at Optometric Associates! It's truly no wonder they won the 2025 reader's Choice Awards! Well earned!

I am a new patient. The online registration option was easy to complete making check in a breeze. This was the most comprehensive exam I have had in 20 years. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I am completely satisfied with the exceptional service. There was a large selection of frames to choose from and the tech was patient and kind in helping me find the perfect glasses for me! Great experience!

I go there, neighbor and friend goes there—- my 82 year old mother went too on our recommendations. She was very happy with how polite the staff was. How well everything was explained ( she has hearing issues but they were kind, patient and considerate in explaining) thank you to the staff and Dr Clisham. I had moved recently and was looking for an optometrist that could address my high eye pressure issues and handle my complicated glasses prescription. The office is beautiful and clean and I had no trouble parking. The staff was friendly and professional and I was greeted promptly. I had a comprehensive new patient evaluation during which all of my questions were answered in the most attentive and unhurried manner. The optician was knowledgeable, answered my questions and seemed to appreciate my concerns. Checkout process was efficient and I left feeling very satisfied with my initial visit and my choice to come to this practice. Thank you for a great first visit experience!
