My husband and I scheduled back-to-back appointments with Dr. Melissa Poppenhusen at Master Eye Associates and had a wonderful experience. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Poppenhusen provided a very thorough eye exam and took the time to clearly explain everything she observed, making sure we fully understood our eye health and options. Dr. Poppenhusen’s warm, welcoming personality made the visit especially pleasant and refreshing. We truly appreciated her attentive and professional care.

I've never worn glasses or contacts before being almost 50 things are getting a little blurry . I'm so glad I chose to go to Visionworks. It was a great experience Sarah and Jacqueline were amazing. They were so helpful in accommodating. I was in and out in about an hour with prescription contacts. If I need anything moving forward I will definitely be going here and you should know certainly check them out!!

Went in for an eye check-up and had a good experience overall—the service was friendly and efficient. They provided a sample contact lens to try out.However, after getting home, I noticed that one of the lenses they gave me was past its expiration date. I went back in person to check, and they assured me it was still fine to use and that the doctor was okay with it. While expiration dates exist for a reason, they seemed comfortable giving expired lenses to patients. Finally, I made them order a new lens. Hoping to get it in the next 2-3 weeks

Dr. Poppenhusen and Office Manager Sarah were outstanding. The thoroughness of the examination and explanation of findings was absolutely great.

"Very pleasant experience" I haven't had an exam in 20+ yrs,... The front receptionist was great, the medical assistant superb, and the Doc 100% helped me quickly , resolve/conclude ideas of surgery, and my understanding of the scaring in my right eye. Thank you!
