⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely LOVE my new glasses (every pair of glasses/sunglasses I’ve gotten over the past 15+ years) and the entire experience! From start to finish, everything was amazing. The selection was great, and I found the perfect pair that I absolutely love. I especially want to give a HUGE shoutout to Felipe! He was absolutely fantastic—so attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. His charismatic and friendly personality made the entire experience so enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and taken care of, and you can truly tell that he cares about his customers. Customer service like this is hard to find! Felipe made the experience exceptional, and I will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for new glasses, ask for Felipe—you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend! 👏🏼✨

I can’t say enough about Dr. Michael Duong and staff, his professionalism and kindness, and everything an eye doctor should be! There is a safety there and everyone makes you feel like family, from Maleta who performed the pre-testing, and Rebecca who took my payment at the end. And everyone in between. There’s not a cleaner office with the most high-end machinery and glasses! Everything everything here is top-notch. I have been seeing Dr. Lang at Optometric Center & Eyewear Galleria, and unfortunately, I have experienced significant delays during multiple recent appointments. I understand that delays can happen in the medical field, but waiting approximately 40 minutes past the scheduled appointment time has become a recurring issue. The front desk staff has always been very kind and apologetic, which I appreciate. However, during my most recent visit, I was repeatedly told that the doctor would be there "in one minute," but I ended up waiting another 35 minutes. I had an urgent meeting I needed to attend, and when I expressed my concern, I did not feel that my situation was being understood. Instead, I was told that "he is a doctor, so I can't say anything." I respectfully disagree with that response. Patients' time is valuable too, and being a doctor should not mean that patients cannot raise legitimate concerns about excessive wait times. I believe the office could improve the patient experience by being transparent when they are running significantly behind schedule. If patients are informed upfront that there will be a 30–40 minute delay, they can make an informed decision about whether to wait, reschedule, or adjust their schedules. I appreciate the care I have received from Dr. Lang and the kindness of the front desk team, but I hope the office will take this feedback seriously and work on improving communication and appointment scheduling. The recurring long wait times and lack of clear communication have made the overall experience frustrating.

This place is amazing. They are so efficient, kind, flexible, caring, and helpful! The center has all the newest technology and everyone is so knowledgeable. Dr. Duong is very reasonable, informative yet quick and to the point. They will not stray you in the wrong direction. Felipe helped me get trained for contacts and was the best employee there. He went above and beyond to help me get trained the same day and took the time to explain everything to me as well. Incredible!! Love it here

For the last couple of years, I had been struggling with vision issues and was unable to find the right solution until I found this place. Dr. Duong has truly been the best thing that happened to me. There were so many things I was limited from doing because of my vision, and now I finally can. The entire staff is amazing — very kind, considerate, professional, and caring. I’m extremely grateful for the excellent care and support I received. Highly recommend!
