Had a wonderful experience coming to this office. The staff was very attentive, and explained everything thoroughly from the front desk that made sure I understand what I was coming in for, to the technicians who explained the pre-testing very well, Dr. Kapoor took her time and answered all of my concerns, the opticians who were very knowledgeable in styling my frames (they had a fantastic selection of frames). Would recommend anyone who is looking for an amazing optometrist to come here!

I would also advise against using this optical store/clinic in Virginia. • They Charged a $35 copay for an eye exam even though my eye exam was fully covered by my insurance they have added a mandatory charge which in every way you have to pay — they simply presented it as a different fee. • Performed rushed and inaccurate eye tests, clearly designed to push in-house eye drops, frames, and lenses at grossly inflated prices $83 for eye drops and compress?!! Which is multiple times market value. They aren’t willing to give your prescription even. • Staff was rude consistently unprofessional, dismissive and rude.

I had an excellent experience at Eye & Vision Care in South Riding. Dr. Negin provided a thorough and professional eye exam, and the quality of care was outstanding. The reception staff were welcoming, efficient, and very helpful, making the entire visit smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this office for their exceptional service

Really liked the staff and the doctor. Very high tech instruments and were able to figure out my vision issues very quickly. Doctor Kapoor was very patient enough to explain issues and solutions. Overall it was a great experience.

I am going to keep this vague in the hope that this stays up. Practical advice to anyone dealing with any vision center is to make sure you know your insurance. My wife and I had back to back appointments to get contacts and eyeglasses. We left with neither. When we got into the car, we just looked at each other dumbstruck asking “Did that really just happen?” Against my better judgment, I attempted to deal with them a second time. Because I had to. Again, I left shaking my head in disbelief. The facility itself is very nice. Very expensive looking. That gets a star. The receptionist also gets a star. .
