I never write reviews but am compelled to share this. I called urgently needing help for someone who forgot their contacts before traveling to San Diego! PD IS EXCEPTIONAL. My husband and I we're traveling for a conference and had a couple days in San Diego. However, on the 1st day, one stem of his glasses broke! He had several client meetings and presentations so he really needed them!! We thought they were beyond repair but PD came through! He worked his magic and was able to attach a new stem that was so close to the other side you couldn't even tell. We ❤️ PD!!!
I had an outstanding experience at Optometric Expressions! PD was incredibly helpful and walked me through all my options with great patience and expertise. Rommel truly had the Midas touch, fixing a couple of my glasses on the spot with precision. Both PD and Rommel were incredibly friendly and professional. I will, without a doubt, be referring them to anyone who wears glasses. Exceptional service all around! I was so excited to write the review, I did it in my car before leaving!
They helped me adjust my frames and did an amazing job. They also have a nice selection of cute frames. Would recommend!!
I came in to have my glasses repaired, and P.D. helped me out right away. The issue was taken care of within minutes! Great service, highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for any future eyewear needs.
