Reception staff were very nice. However, our appt was for 10 am and we arrived at 9:50. My husband did not get called back until 10:45. He uses a portable oxygen unit and by the the battery only had about 20 minutes left so we left without the exam. I fail to understand how you can be an hour behind at 10 in the morning. We will not be back.

My mom, husband and I had our first appointments today. WE LOVE THIS PLACE. Everyone was so very friendly and FUN! I told them that I wanted to work there. The entire place is just happy. We were greeted by Samantha, who was just precious, and we instantly connected. Shoot, you forgot the girl who did “all of the work.,” she was amazing and so sweet. Dr. Justin was so great and took so much time with each of us. CeCe was a great in helping us to get the most perfect glasses for our needs. I can’t say enough about our experience today. Just PERFECT!
My experience was not as good. I had a small stye on my left eye did not hurt just noticeable. 1st visit went well and the 2nd visit did not. Dr look at and said you need to see a Ophthalmologist, so I agree thinking it would be someone in Sumner County since we are from Sumner County. The office made the appointment with the Ophthalmologist on Church St in downtown Nashville. I cancel that appointment as soon as I was told. So my question is there not any Ophthalmologist in Sumner County? Do you know what parking fees are in Nashville? Finally, I know Nashville better than anyone in that office I was raised there. So be careful sending people that do not know Nashville or the cost of parking. I truly believe in supporting Portland businesses, however I will not be back. I do not expect for a sensible answer on why from this office. Please do not post contact the office. It will not happen. I am pleased with my current optometrist.
My OPMT appointment was near perfect from start to finish! The front desk staff are amazing and very pleasant. The back office girls are also very friendly and knowledgeable.. the girl in the Optical Shop was Amazing and very patient with me. Dr. Justin is very thorough and took his time explaining everything to me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
