I love everything about this office. The staff have always been warm and welcoming. I like the care that is given at each office visit. They truly want what is best for you.

Receptionist very friendly. My appointment was at 1 pm, I was taken back to exam room at 12:50. Dr was very efficient and friendly. Explained everything he was doing and why. Next step was choose glasses. Everything, cost and when they would be ready for pickup, was explained. Very welcoming atmosphere .

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful while doing it all in a professional manner. We go to the office in Lafayette, TN and love them! We will hit Jo anywhere else and I have been able to get family members to try them, they love them and now they won’t go anywhere else. When I first started going to them, it was before Dr. Reed changed to the Portland office. He was very friendly and very professional also. Thank you for all you do! They are wonderful! They have a homey feel and it just feels like you’re talking to a friend when you are there. My kids love going there and get excited to go. No bad experiences with anyone there, they are all lovely.

I had a wonderful experience here today. They know how to treat you and the eye doctor has always been right on Q with my eyes. He knows what's best for sure. Thank you for taking great care of me and my eyes.
