I love this place. Dr Gaylord speaks in layman’s terms so you understand what he’s looking for with each test and what’s going on with your eyesight. He answers questions with warmth and care. The staff as a whole is wonderful. It’s a clean facility that is easy to get in and out of (not a complicated maze of a medical building - they’re right up front). And they don’t try to upsell you with new glasses when you don’t need them yet. I highly recommend Dr Gaylord and Optometric Specialties, Inc.

This is a great optometry office! Dr. Gaylord & his team are knowledgeable, skillful, personable, helpful & efficient. They are technologically advanced & have convenient Saturday hours.

I have been going to Dr Gaylord for many years and received wonderful customer service, a staff that listens to my concern and interests. Dr. Gaylord is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time to explain the exams and outcomes. I leave feeling heard and full of confidence about my eyes. The Gaylord’s has been my family’s eye doctors for years and a great asset to the community
