The doctor is fantastic, very good at what she does and provides excellent guidance. It's a shame that her staff is the complete opposite; they're so unwilling to help and have such a negative attitude. They have absolutely no customer service skills. For this reason alone, I won't be returning.
I love the service, it's excellent. She has been taking care of my husband for over 20 years.
Wow… the secretaries or whatever they are are the rudest people I've ever met. I don't understand how such rude people are working here. I imagine the doctor is great, but this staff is awful. Horrible. I walked in and they looked at me like I was a piece of human garbage…
