Visiting from out of town, I needed a solution for my broken glasses. Here, I received outstanding customer service from Rebecca, who also handled other challenging interactions extremely well. While there, I observed other excellent customer service from other employees. I absolutely recommend this business to anyone seeking help regarding glasses.
This review is directed at Dixie in the optometrist office. I was absolutely shocked at how rude she was, not only to me but to her fellow co coworkers. It’s a shame to have someone that negative be the front face of your office. Everyone else was wonderful, but she was horrific to work with as a customer, so I can’t even imagine what she is like everyday🫤
I do not have a single complaint about my experience here! I had gotten an eye exam elsewhere and didn’t like their glasses options. Came here and was surprised by how many choices there were! I chose 2 pairs of frames, and Manning helped me from there. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Both pairs of glasses were ready in about an hour. I will definitely be returning here for my next eye exam!
Beware!! They sell you glasses with the lowest grade of progressive lens which causes a lot of distortion! I felt like I was looking in a fun house mirror. I went back to my doctor to make sure my prescription was correct and they explained it to me. Cheap glasses are cheap for a reason. Those glasses were dangerous. I'm sooo glad I took them back!!!
I had gone to my regular optometrist office to get new lenses for my reading glasses. They said $775, with insurance $350! I drove over to Eyemart Express. I got new frames (nice!) and the single vision reading lens for $25! So I sprang for the anti-scratch, anti-glare, for another $90. And I got a second pair as a backup for FREE! And they were ready in 13 minutes. Although they appear to be understaffed and I had left the day before, they were very helpful, explained everything, and were pleasant throughout. Crisanne was super. I was totally pleased and love my new reading glasses, which also look good.
