Dr. Kling was very nice and professional. The staff was courteous and friendly. I got contacts for the first time and everyone was so helpful. Plus, I was able to get an extra coupon since it was my first purchase of contacts. Been using Lenscrafters all my life. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience at LensCrafters. Elizabeth was the one who assisted me, and she was extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and made sure I was comfortable with my choices. The doctor who performed my eye exam was also excellent—he explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. Overall, outstanding customer service and a very professional experience. Highly recommend!
Clean store, staff was so nice and polite. I worked with Laura to get some Ray-Ban Meta Display glasses. Laura was great. Kind, funny, professional and a joy to work with. I be switching to LensCrafter fornmy future glasses needs.
Michelle was amazing throughout my whole experience today! Everyone in the office was so genuine and friendly. I had my son with me and from the moment I walked in we were treated so well. Everyone there today had beyond exceptional customer service. The Dr. was very thorough in my contact exam process and didnt hesitate to explain anything I asked. This is definitely my go to location from now on out!
We stopped in because my husband, accidentally broke a small piece on his glasses. We weren’t even existing clients, but Andrew welcomed us with kindness and fixed them right away—no appointment, no hassle. It’s rare to come across someone who is so genuinely helpful without expecting anything in return.
