Kudos to Sheena who made my day! 🤩 She was attentive and took care of me promptly. Also, she helped me locate a pair of glasses (D&G) that are no longer available in stores but online. She has restored my hope of finding these frames as I tried ordering them before and got the wrong color. Thanks again for your awesome service! 👍🏾 😎 Note: The frames below are Rayban’s that are a strong consideration.

I have had a mostly positive experience at their Cal City location. The one negative experience involves them canceling my appointment without any notification. They called a couple of times to confirm appointment but I work two jobs so was working when calls were made. I came in to my appointment for my kid just for them to tell me it had been cancelled. Luckily my slot was still availiable. I would just say if you are going to cancel because you need confirmation that should be made clear when scheduling with them. Also maybe provide multiple ways to confirm such as via email when sending appointment reminder. It would also be helpful to send a cancelation notice when canceling an appointment. Other than that I've had a decent experience and most staff seem nice.
We’ve been coming here for about 4 years now. We’ve tried several other LensCrafters as well as other eye exam places and LensCrafters in Calumet City is HOME. The team does amazing, especially for my little one with a disability. Ms Sheena has always been warm and great with her!!! Thank you LensCrafters!
I came in having already purchased a pair of glasses from another Lens Crafters but the fit of my glasses was causing me discomfort and pain. Sheena immediately greeted me with a smile and tediously adjusted my glasses 4 times until they felt comfortable. She was patient, kind, and personable. If I could give a sixth star, I would. Sheena, you are very much appreciated. Thank you!
Aside from Dr. Lawless, I don’t know how customer service can get any worse. If it’s not the fact that they don’t answer the phones or you get stuck in an endless loop after selecting option 1 or 2, or the fact that the happy holidays is still in the initial pre recorded message and Valentine’s Day is coming up, then it’s the fact that there always seems to be something more important (like their cell phones) than the customer right in front of the people who work there. At this point it’s worth it to drive farther to get better service than to return to this location. This place is not worth the headache.
