I had a great experience at Lenscrafters in TC! Dr. Stewart is amazing! He was a pleasure to work with. Callie the eye advisor was also awesome. There was an issue with how my insurance was run and Callie and the store market manager (I don't her name, so sorry) helped get it straightened out. The store market manager even gave me a discount for my first time buying contacts there. I will definitely come back to this location. Every one is awesome and the location is super clean! The selection of contacts and glasses is awesome too!

I needed a pair of glassed repaired but wasn’t sure if it could be done. Adam fixed the glasses quickly and the repair was complimentary. Definitely would recommend coming to see Adam for glasses.

Dr was very personable and knowledgeable and very professional. Jen was great in helping me pick out a pair of glasses. Measurements were taken with great detail and Jen's knowledge of insurance coverage for the different lens coatings saved me money and got me the top tier coating! Will be back and do will my family! Great experience!

completely incompetent at getting trial lenses. came in for checkup and was told trial lenses would need to be ordered and I needed to come back. When I came to pick them up, the wrong prescription had been ordered, and was told would need to come back again after the correct ones were ordered and ready. On my third visit, after getting notified the "correct prescription lenses were ready", the front desk wasnt able to find them and said the person that had told me they were ready had been fired, and didnt know where she had put them. Said they would have to wait until the doctor was back in and then order them again. I gave up and refused to come back a fourth time, after driving 45 minutes each way 3 times already for them to continue to waste my time. Ridiculous

The best eye doctor! I have not been able to wear contacts for years. I am now wearing contacts and can see better than I have in over 10 years! This place all around is wonderful from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave.
