Optometrist Inside LensCrafters

I would never normally give a 5 star review to a corporate franchise, but the folks at this LensCrafters location deserve praise. As many others have indicated, the customer service was exceptional, and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. In particular, Csenge, Kiara, and Brynn were fabulous and made the visit enjoyable. Dr. Redwood was friendly, and impressively fast and accurate. Great experience, would go back again next time.

I usually don’t write reviews but this LensCrafters deserves a special mention. Not only did they do a great job on my older children they also took the time out of their busy day to do a “mock” eye exam for my little one. The doctor made her day and a mom’s life much easier! Thank you to the doctors for being so professional and warm towards all ages.

Excellent experience. I came in for an eye exam for the health of my eyes, not needing eye glasses. Everyone from the front staff, the assistants, as well as Dr. Danielle were very kind, efficient, friendly and helpful. The assistants took their time to make sure my insurance was correct and made sure I understood the charges. And Dr. Danielle was thorough, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely see them for further exams or glasses.

The location was able to provide a level of service that was exemplary from the time I entered. My appointment was scheduled at Macy's without my knowledge but the location was able to switch my appointment, making my experience more convenient. The service was fast and efficient with a high level of professionalism. I received my glasses within 6 days of my appointment. Thank you for a great experience!

Best selection of any store around. When I moved I still traveled back to this location. They carry much more variety of brands I’m interested in exploring. I had my eyes checked at a local LensCrafters and was disappointed in the selection. Gil is an amazing sales associate. He gives honest input and feedback. The service and this store is great!
