Walked into LensCrafters at the Palisades Mall because my girlfriend’s glasses were loose and uncomfortable after a couple years of wear. We asked if they could adjust them and figured there’d probably be some kind of charge — nope. They immediately helped us, adjusted everything perfectly, tightened them up, made sure they fit her face comfortably again, and genuinely could not have been nicer about it. That level of customer service is rare now. No pressure, no upsell, just people being helpful and professional because they care about what they do. Huge appreciation to the staff there for being awesome and taking care of us so quickly. Highly recommend this location if you want people who actually treat customers like human beings instead of transaction numbers.
