I had a great experience at LensCrafters Optique in Maumee. The nice lady was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me install the replacement lenses for my sunglasses. They answered all of my questions, and made the entire process quick and easy. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated how helpful and professional everyone was. If you’re looking for quality eyewear or need replacement lenses, I highly recommend this location!

I got the opportunity to swing by to return two pairs of youth sunglasses that didn't end up fitting after ordering online. Lorna and Dave stopped what they were doing in order to answer some of my questions. They were so informative and knowledgeable that left me feeling valued. I ended up purchasing a pair of the best sunglasses with Prizm lenses because they made me feel so welcomed and loved. 10/10 Highly recommend.
