Megan, with very long wavy brown hair and black glasses, (there are two Megan’s at this location) was an absolute gem. She knows many things about eyes, and glasses and she is friendly, so helpful, and an excellent employee for Lens Crafters. She loves animals and is so kind. She helped us several times and we knew that she would help us get the best glasses at the best price. She deserves a raise.😁😊

New patient end of the day on May 28, 2026. From Whitney greeting me as I walked into the store to the ladies that work in the office in the back unfortunately I don’t know their names yet but super friendly chatted with me like I have been a patient there for years. Dr. Rosengarten old school does all of his own testing walks you through everything made me feel like I had been there as a patient for years and then lastly spent an hour and a half with Magen picking up glasses and sunglasses.. Everybody was awesome. I have nothing horrible to say. I am taking my partner back so he can buy some non-prescription sunglasses because they have a great selection of Ray-Ban along with other brands. I was with a previous provider who unfortunately sold his business to a large corporation and customer service went downhill and I never felt like a patient there anymore and it says a lot if you can be a new patient and on the first day you feel like you’ve been there for years that’s true customer service that’s how healthcare should be. This is what we are lacking in our country. And that’s not to be political. If you don’t wanna be customer facing customer service is not for you and to have such an awesome experience with every member of the staff yesterday it’s amazing. So highly recommend chefs kiss kisses everything else in between.

I had a great experience with Dr. Rosengarten and his entire office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. They made the entire process smooth and comfortable, which really set the tone for a positive visit. Dr. Rosengarten is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my exam. He never rushed the appointment and made sure all of my questions were answered. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to feel informed and comfortable about their eye health. The staff was just as impressive—kind, efficient, and very helpful throughout the entire visit. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Dr. Rosengarten to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate eye doctor. 👁️👏

The Heath store is top notch! Their manager Jennifer helped me solve e a problem that occurred at the Reynoldsburg location. She was cordial, friendly, and courteous. I’ll definitely go to that store for my future eyeglass purchases.

this was my first appointment with them, and i will definitely be going there for when i need my eyes checked again. the lovely lady who had helped me was Jessica. she is genuinely so so good at her job, and she is just so kind.
