Optometrist Inside Pearle Vision

Absolute worst service and complete lack of professionalism. ​I have been waiting almost 6 weeks for my glasses, and the experience has been a complete nightmare. ​Poor Quality: The first pair they produced was terrible quality, requiring them to redo the work. ​Unbelievable Negligence: After getting a call to pick up the updated pair, I arrived at the shop only to find out my glasses had been destroyed. ​Zero Urgency: I explicitly informed the staff that I have upcoming travel and urgently need my glasses, but I still haven't received them. ​Rude & Unhelpful Staff: Every time I call, the staff is rude and refuses to give a clear, direct answer. ​Avoid this Pearle Vision location at all costs. Unprofessional, unreliable, and awful customer service.

I came to Pearle Vision in Montgomeryville yesterday as a new patient to schedule an eye exam. A staff member (woman with black curly hair) registered me, took my driver’s license and insurance information, and clearly instructed me to return the next day at 5 PM to see Dr. Sam. Today, I arrived early at 4:30 PM, only to be told by Paul, the store manager, that I was not on the schedule. This is completely unacceptable!!! I rearranged my work schedule and left early specifically for this appointment, only to find out that your staff failed to properly register me. What made the situation worse was Paul’s response….there was no effort to resolve the issue, no attempt to re-accommodate me, and no sense of accountability. I was simply told, you’re not on the list, as if that ends the conversation. For a healthcare-related business handling patient information and appointments, this level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is alarming. If basic scheduling cannot be handled correctly, it raises serious concerns about how patient records are managed. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not trust a clinic that demonstrates this level of incompetence and disregard for patients’ time. What a bunch of incompetent people!

Pearle Vision in the Southill Mall has helped me with both glasses and sunglasses. Always helpful and friendly. Cindi did a great job working through my insurance and helping me pick a nice frame!

Everyone in this office.....from the moment I stepped in through the finishing steps.....took the time to clearly and personably explain the tests being performed, the changes in my vision, the types of frames that would compliment the lenses I needed, to the insurance coverage. This was not my first visit here, and I think I was even more impressed than my past visits. I would definitely recommend Pearl Vision at Airport Square!!

Visited Pearle Vision in Montgomeryville. I was being taken care of by Khris Vest who is filling in from CO. I just want to say that he was the nicest and sweetest person I’ve ever dealt with at Pearle Vision. He was helping me pick out glasses and explained all the fees I would be paying. I give him a 10 and say he should be rewarded for his kindness in his job. 💙👏👏👏👏👏💙
