Optometrist Inside Pearle Vision

The office staff was very nice and approachable. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend you see Adam J. Mulan O.D. he's the eye doctor. He is very nice and actually talks to you and not at you. I was taken in early for my appointment so that was a plus. And the girl doing my measurements knew a lot about the different types of glasses and was able to provide helpful and useful information to me when deciding my frames.

Went here after America's Best would not put my new lenses in my old frames because I didnt get the frames from them not to mention completely ignorant to me after I asked her for my prescription so that I could go somewhere else that would. Samantha at Pearl Vision was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with getting my new lenses into my old frames and I also bought a second pair from them as well as a back up pair. I will be definitly going to Pearl Vision from now on.

Great experience from eye exam to picking out to the perfect frame. The Dr explain everything answer any question I had. Sam helped narrow down the many choice of frames to find the perfect one that fits me and my lifestyle.

I went in to see if they could fix my glasses, when I got there I was greeted and by Sam Moxley. The atmosphere was very welcoming and I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Pearle Vision for your eye care needs.

I was transitioning from glasses to contacts and I felt very little help in the entire process. There was multiple interactions where I felt like my words were not being listened to by the eye doctor and that I was being told I was "not understanding how contacts function." I've been back for multiple appointments and was told on several different occasions that there was nothing wrong with my contacts even though I couldn't read my cell phone right in front of me. They did very slight adjustments that felt like they did nothing. When I called for my 3rd or 4th appointment, they told me they would call me back and it has been over 2 weeks with no call. Don't do your contacts here because they were unhelpful with listening to my concerns and helping me understand what the issue was. Otherwise the staff seem pretty nice.
