I literally HAD to come tell you guys about how amazing the staff is here at this Target optical. My experience was nothing short of perfect and efficient. I wish I would’ve gotten everyone’s name but Megan as well as Dr. Tommy Cung and the lovely lady who greeted me to take me back for my appt were so kind , informative, and helpful. So thankful for their great spirits and service!
My appointment was quick and easy. Dr.Haywood was thorough and explained my eye pictures. Megan at the front was fun to talk to and made sure that I had the best experience with getting my glasses and contacts. I love coming to Target Optical in Hiram .
I made an appointment for 5pm today, the day before I get a text saying that I needed to confirm by 2pm of the same day or they would cancel the appointment, I got that text at 1:45pm, giving me a 15 minute window to confirm on a WORKING DAY. Then they moved my appointment without my consent or knowledge. I called them at least 3 times, but no one ever answers the phone, all they do is text. I am unsure if this is being ran by young inexperienced employees, but better customer service needs to be provided. I am highly disappointment with Target, I have been a loyal customer for Target for decades.
Megan was awesome! The entire team was so courteous and made us feel comfortable during the entire process. They helped us navigate us through insurance claim process and helped us get the best price option available to us. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone needing glasses or contacts.
I go here for my eye exams, the office is always clean and the employees are always nice! Today, I took my glasses in, they were stepped on and it took Megan less than 5 minutes to fix them! My glasses are good as new!
