I had an excellent experience at Target Optical! I recently had my eye exam and also had my Meta Smart Glasses lenses upgraded from Gen 1 to Gen 2. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. A special thank you to Dahlia, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about providing outstanding customer service. She answered all of my questions, made the upgrade process easy, and ensured I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to find this level of customer care these days, and Dahlia truly made the experience exceptional. Target Optical in Broadview has amazing service. I had an issue with my granddaughter’s glasses and Dahlia was able to repair them for me very quickly. I was in and out. She was so friendly and very understanding of the situation. Also, the warranty that they offer on glasses has come in handy so many times! Thank you Dahlia for your phenomenal service!

I came in to get my lenses swapped from my old frame to a new used frame. Dahlia was very kind and helpful. She was able to get it done in a timely manner. She even made adjustments to my new frame to fit me better. Definitely would recommend coming here.

Excellent service. The tech Denise was very efficient and kindly tightened and cleaned by glasses. Dahlia was very friendly and kind. She approached me right away to offer assistance with selecting frames. When it came time to be fitted for my new glasses she was very knowledgeable and thorough. Very well versed regarding pricing and insurance. Dr Yager is great. He took care of me over 2 years ago and really impressed me with his knowledge and friendliness. I was very satisfied with my overall experience.

Went in for an eye exam and left with a HUGE smile on my face! I was greeted warmly upon arrival, my appointment was quick and efficient, and the process of ordering my contacts and getting new frames + lenses was unbelievably easy. Dahlia was an absolute godsend and helped me pick frames that not only suited my face but would accommodate my (insanely high) prescription without being too heavy or uncomfortable. We had such a delightful conversation during the ordering process that truly warmed my heart. Anyone who is lucky enough to have a moment to chat with her and be helped by her should consider themselves very blessed! She is so knowledgable and kind and made something as simple as picking out glasses a fun and memorable experience.
