Stopped by to have both my everyday glasses and sunglasses adjusted before an upcoming trip. Mateo took care of everything quickly and got them fitting much better. I appreciated the friendly service and that the adjustment was done at no charge. Thanks again!
I had an amazing experience thanks to Annette! She went step by step with me to order my glasses online through the website, even though she absolutely didn't have to. She took the time to make sure everything was correct and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She also noticed that the nose pads on my current glasses had turned green and replaced them without me even asking. That level of attention to detail and genuine care is hard to find. Annette provided exceptional customer service, and because of her, I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you for going above and beyond!
Highly recommended , I bought a pair of Ray-Bans and had them shipped to this location . Unfortunately the pair I picked didn’t fit correctly and I needed to return them .But because they were a custom pair I was informed by Ray ban’s customer support that a return was not possible. So I called this location and got the store manger Wryder , He let me know that I was well within my 30 days to return them and was able to process the return in store. After the return he also personally helped my partner to find a pair that were right for his face and style . Wryder was extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional. He was even able to quickly repair a set of glasses I had broken. Overall 5 star this will be my new location for everything glasses.
Had a better experience at this location(Ingram Park Mall). Wryder was WONDERFUL! He welcomed me when I entered the store right away. Very professional and patient. He chose several glasses for me that he thought went with my face. If you ever need glasses, I highly recommend Lens Crafters at Ingram Park Mall.
The store manager Wryder assisted us with checking out frames our son. He was really engaged with him and my son responded positively to his character. On top of that, Wryder was very supportive and informative with what my insurance covered and the type of lenses my kiddo needed since his prescription is really strong. Definitely will go back when it’s my turn for new glasses.
