I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this optical store! This was my second time purchasing glasses here, and once again, everything exceeded my expectations. My son also got his glasses here, and we have both been very happy with the quality and service. I also had an eye exam here, and it was included with the purchase of my glasses. Even though the doctor was online, the entire process was quick, smooth, and very professional. I was impressed by how easy and efficient everything was. A special thank you to Anna for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The entire team is friendly and professional, and you can truly tell they care about their customers. I came here for the first time to replace a pair of lost glasses. I needed a quick turnaround. Marwin provided fantastic service, helped me navigate my VSP benefits, made sure I had a perfect fit, and got me out the door in 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the quality of my glasses and with the quality of customer service.

Absolutely lovely people here, Stanton optical never disappoints the last time I went to one of these stores. There were problems getting my glasses to me. On time and after their best efforts, they delivered their glasses. But said "that took longer than we accept. As a company, we're going to refund everything. Keep the glasses for free." Today they replaced my nose pads on a pair of glasses for free. They were lovely timely professional. I will probably never shop anywhere else for glasses ever again. In my life. As walked into Stanton optical to get more frames the most loveliest spirited person walked to me and asked was I here for an eye exam. After I explained my situation to her she bought me to her computer and made sure I was satisfied step by step. She made me feel comfortable and I'll always come to Stanton Optical because every time I come I receive the greatest of customer service.
