Carlton was very approachable and had a great sense of humor. He made the experience enjoyable while helping me replace the rubber feet on my glasses quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service—I really appreciated his friendliness and professionalism.

They have always been polite and friendly and taking care of me. We had an issue yesterday, but it was the Insurance fault and we took care of it today. Yesterday they took care of it quickly without any issue with my insurance company went back and received. excellent service as always.

Such a fantastic experience. I dropped in just to see if they had an eyeglass repair kit and they took the time to fix my glasses (a screw had fallen out) and then went a step further to adjust the frames!
