Virginia is incredible! She helped me every time I came in and always made sure I found the perfect pair of glasses. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. She made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her.
Great experience at this optical office! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Virginia was amazing super kind, patient, and made everything easy from start to finish. She really went above and beyond! The doctor was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. Also loved the frame selection they helped me find the perfect pair without any pressure. Highly recommend!
Maritza and Robyn are always helpful, sweet and she is extremely knowledgeable. The seven years I have been coming here to get glasses is very pleasant! The glasses are also, chic and fun! She's the best in that store! A wonderful experience.
Andrea Romero provided excellent customer support and follow up when my contact order was delayed by the manufacturer. I really appreciate her going the extra mile to get me samples and to continually check order status. Thank you Andrea!
