I had a great experience at target optical. Alondra was super personable and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and suggested a frame that ended up being my favorite! The staff is so friendly and amazing.
Giving a huge shout out to Dhipanee, who has always been great! I go in and she remembers my name and greets me even if she’s with another customer. Actually everybody at the Parker store has been wonderful, always giving good suggestions and very accommodating. I highly recommend them!
Alondra is the best! She has now helped me two years in a row and is an outstanding at what she does. This whole team made the experience very easy and pleasurable. Was quoted two weeks for my new glasses to come in and they arrived in 4 business days!
I took my eye glasses in to replace a screw that was loose/stripped. The ladies greeted me with a smile and fixed my issue. They were very kind, knowledgeable, professional and would definitely recommend this Target Optical to anyone that needs new glasses or repairs. 6 stars if I could give them!
