I chose Target Optical in Everett to buy my new glasses after reading so many great reviews, especially about Neal. When I went in to order my glasses, Christina helped me first. She was so kind and welcoming that I completely forgot about all the reviews! When I came back to pick up my glasses, I finally met Neal—and now I understand what everyone was talking about. His kindness, professionalism, and customer service are truly exceptional. He even drew on my lenses to show me exactly where to look through my bifocals, which was incredibly helpful. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares that much. Thank you, Christina, and especially Neal, for such a wonderful experience!

I went to this Target optical for the first time just to try out my new insurance and get a new pair of glasses. I ended up having an amazing experience with one of the employees, Neal. He was so helpful with any questions i had as well as giving me fun facts about different lenses and options i could choose from. He helped me feel happy and satisfied with my purchases when originally i was a little nervous to buy glasses on my own for the first time. I would definitely recommend going here for any glasses help you may need. 10/10 experience.

I came in on a hectic (for me) day needing contacts to get me through the next couple days as I was traveling that day. Despite not selling contacts in store (you have to order and I was leaving that day), Neal went out of his way to find me a couple of contacts in my prescription.
