Optometrist Next To Target Optical

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Meta Oakley glasses and a backup pair of Ray-Bans. Melissa and Lynette at the Seekonk location provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in making sure I found the right fit and style for my needs/face. They made the entire process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and a team that truly cares about the customer experience!

Janelle was wonderful and helped my daughter with picking out the most perfect pair. We went thru a lot of glasses as she tried them all on several times. She was kind and patient and truly an asset to your company. We definitely would go back to Target Optical in the future because of Janelle.

My glasses were delayed. The lovely women worked hard behind the scenes to get frequent updates and get them as soon as possible. Even one day when I called to check on the status, as soon as I gave her my name, she knew exactly what glasses they were and had made multiple efforts just that day to look into it for me. I appreciated their positive efforts in a negative situation that was out of their control. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I purchased smudge-free lenses from Target Optical a few weeks ago, which were presented as having smudge-resistant properties. In my experience, the smudge resistance seemed to diminish after a few weeks of regular use and cleaning as per instructions. I now find myself needing to clean the lenses more frequently than I initially expected. For the price point, the performance did not meet my personal expectations. I am sharing this as personal feedback in hopes it helps improve product information

I had an outstanding experience at the Target Optical in Seekonk, MA, thanks to Lynette. I came in with a lot of questions, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I ended up choosing the Ray-Ban Wayfarers, and she took the time to explain the benefits of Amplified DST, Photochromic XTR Active lenses, and the latest Ray-Ban tech. I never felt rushed, and because of Lynette’s expertise, I will definitely be a returning customer!
