Optometrist Next To Target Optical

As I was finishing paying for my items Richard approached me very kindly and offered me lens wipes for my glasses and just out of curiosity I asked if they can tighten my glasses so they wouldn’t keep falling off my face, Richard walked me into the shop and was able to fix a problem I’ve had for a year in under 5 mins, he even checked the screws and made sure everything was clean. I will definitely be coming back and bringing the family, Thank you again Richard for the amazing service!

Okay! Like where do I even start???? 1.) Dr. Truong was absolutely phenomenal! She made it a point to work with me and a medical issue that I have with my eye. She was very patient and additionally informative, as well as very resourceful. 2.) The optical store was very clean, kind, and supportive. 3.) Hannah, you were awesome. You dealt with my high maintenance of trying to figure out what would look good on my face. You were very welcoming, supportive and even worked with me to help me find something that would work with my insurance. To all of the staff here - Thank you so very much! You made this visit super easy and comforting. This was my first time getting glasses for myself as an adult. Would 1000% recommend this place.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Target Optical in The Colony and wanted to give a huge shout-out to Brennan. His customer service is on point, and his upbeat, fun attitude immediately made the whole experience enjoyable. He took the time to work with me at length to find the perfect pair of eyeglasses. I originally came in planning to buy a completely different style, but after trying on several options and listening to his recommendations, I ended up choosing the pair he suggested — and I absolutely love them. It’s clear he knows his craft and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit. Working with a professional like Brennan is a true pleasure. I can honestly say I’ve rarely received this level of thoughtful, attentive customer service. Also, a big thank you to Richard, who helped make the adjustments to ensure my progressive lenses fit perfectly. Highly recommend this location if you want knowledgeable staff and an exceptional customer experience!
