The people here are so friendly and helpful. They check my insurance first to see what is covered before showing me glasses that will fit in my plan. This last time, Jonathon brought me straight to a pair of purple glasses! So cool!

They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. They were also very helpful in guiding me through choosing the right frames without ever making me feel rushed. A special thank you to Zandria, who helped me throughout the process. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Jonathan and Jennifer at Target Optical provided outstanding customer service! They were incredibly helpful, patient with our 11-year-old, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. They have a great selection of designer frames, and the staff took the time to explain all of our options, benefits, and optional warranty coverage. The office was very organized, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. AJ was awesome! He was super friendly and helped me get the best deal on my glasses, using my insurance and found the best possible combination where I could save the most amount of money. He also waited for me to grab my HSA card and came from his lunch break to help me check out. 10 out of 10 would recommend
