I love these ladies for my eye exam. Dr. Franklin is easy to talk to while remaining very professional. She never has a problem answering my questions, and she always explains everything about the exam. Her front desk/assistant is very nice. I'm always greeted with a smile.
This is probably the smallest office I’ve ever been in BUT absolutely loved every minute of it of our experience. Super friendly and helpful from start to finish. Don’t let the size fool you, they took excellent care of us.
I really was impressed with the curtsey and respect that was shown to me and I could tell that they cared about me and my vision because I was treated with professional care and I was questioned about anything that could have been unsurety and things of interest to the Help that I was given and or needed.
