Optometrist Next To Walmart

I had such a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center on Walbrook Dr in Knoxville! Diane went above and beyond for me. I brought in a pair of glasses I’ve been wearing for 7 months that I didn’t even purchase there, and she took the time to carefully adjust them until they fit perfectly. Her attention to detail, patience, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. It’s not every day you come across that level of customer service. Because of Diane, I’ll definitely be coming back here for my future eye care needs. Thank you again!

The ladies working there were very knowledgeable, gave excellent customer service, and are respectful to the customer. Love my new glasses thanks to them!

Read a few reviews and cant disagree more. Appointment began on time even though there was another customer she was helping. Compared to other eye exams I've had she dug deeper to figure out why my eyes are the way they are. Very thorough yet efficient. She connected events from my past with a loss of pigment in my right eye. Diagnosed several problems and wanted to follow up to make sure I'm are okay. Will be back, very, very impressed.

I went in to just talk to the Dr. and they were able to fit me right in. I am a difficult case so I was there for about 2 hours or more so the Dr could be thorough. The entire staff was very patient with me as I worked on getting a contact for the eye that is useful. The dr listened to everything I said and is working to get me able to see as normally as possible. It might be a work in progress, but what I left with gave me the ability to read fine print without magnification and also gave me hope! Remember the dr is not a miracle worker and they are busy, but I can tell she cares and am very happy I stopped in to see her! I look forward to continuing to work with the Dr and find the best option for my situation. On a side note, I know the dr took a last minute patient even though she had responsibilities to get to and had already let one staff member go home . That says a lot.

I had an exam done here. It took almost 3 weeks for them to get my trial contacts. I believe they forgot to order them initially and did not order until I called to check on them 2 weeks later. Once I got my contacts and then my glasses I noticed one side was off and went back to have it check but they wanted another $70 to check it because it had been over 60 days from initial visit ($140) but they forgot half of that time I had to wait for them to get trial contacts. Would not recommend going here. Not very good customer service.
