Optometrist Next To Walmart

This is my second year going to get my eyes checked. Awesome experience from beginning to end. Starting with the great receptionists they have at front. But the doctor is beyond wonderful. So knowledgeable, patient, helpful, friendly and great personality. His humanity makes you feel better. That means the world to me since nowadays is so hard to find a person/professional with those qualities. People cares more about making money than loving what they do. Just want to say thank you so much! Keep being that way! I truly recommend to anyone if you are looking for a great eye doctor. This is the right one. I got contact lenses as well as regular eyeglasses and they were prescribed correctly never had an issue in the whole year.❤

From the young women at the front desk to Dr. T himself, everyone is so kind. And it’s obvious that Dr. T. Cares about his patients. I have been going to him for five years at least, and I will continue to go to him until he retires. Yes, he is that good!

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this eye doctor’s office. the overall experience felt unprofessional and rushed. By Dr Huy Tran The equipment in the office appeared outdated and not properly maintained, which immediately raised concerns about the quality of care. During the exam, the doctor seemed irritated and rushed while I was simply trying to ask questions and understand my eye condition. I was also told there would be an additional $39 charge for an Optomap retinal scan. I did the scan twice I’m not sure why but I feel like he already diagnosed my condition before the scan because he kept saying he believed he knows what it was before the scan. Most importantly, I left the appointment with no clear answers, no treatment guidance, and no real confidence in the evaluation of my eye health. The visit felt incomplete and not patient-focused at all. I feel like I was robbed out of my money and time I also believe I was treated with disrespect because I am African American it was a very racist energy I got from the appointment it seem like he just didn’t care wanted me to pay and leave as quickly as possible. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for thorough, professional eye care or clear communication about their vision health.

I have been looking for a new eye care place ever since my last one shut down. I’ve been to a couple since then and I would say that this is the place I’m settling down at for the foreseeable future. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Helps that they can speak many languages as well. Definitely going to refer my friends over
