Great service! Been a patient here for YEARS! Doctor and staff are all friendly, professional, efficient, and caring. That is why I don’t go anywhere else for my eye care. Also, the place is beautiful and immaculate.

Dr. Trying at the Optometry Boutique of Cerritos is the best optometrist I’ve had in my 76 years. His office manager and Optician Jackie is extraordinary. Words cannot adequately express my gratitude for their talent, patience, precision and skill. I presented a difficult case to Dr. “Kong” Truong since I have cataracts in both eyes and just underwent cataract surgery on my right eye. Dr. Truong held my hand, so to speak, through the cataract experience, gently advising me on what to expect and after the surgery, fitting me with THE PERFECT prescription of progressive lenses. Jackie, Optician extraordinaire , is skilled in the most important step: measuring the iris to the right spot on the glasses for the lab to gauge how the progressives operate. One aspect of the Optometry Boutique that I am grateful for is their glamor frames! I was told to go to Optometry Boutique to find the glamor frames by the big designers. You will not be disappointed in their selection! I always leave with at least three new glamor frames, and regard my glasses like jewelry. The Boutique also offers less expensive desirable frames for those on a budget. It’s the right store for every income level. There is so much to say about Optometry Boutique: the comfortable clean waiting suite, the cleanliness of the entire shop and equipment which is cleaned for your use. The sense of humor of the charming Dr. “Kong,,” Jackie’s beauty tips and chic style (I go to Macy’s after meeting with Jackie to buy her makeup and watches!), the good cheer and happy feeling of the shop, the quick turnaround time in receiving lenses back from the lab, the important efficiency of the text messages letting you know when to pick up your glasses, the personalized attention given to you as if you matter and that you are special, and so much more. I always hesitate to leave the Bojtique because it’s fun to go there! I’ve had great conversations with both Dr. Truong and Jackie. I recently had an appointment at Optometry Boutique Of Cerritos, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit very comfortable. My vision test was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions along the way. After the exam, I was able to pick out both regular glasses and sunglasses. They had a great selection of frames to choose from, and the staff was super helpful in guiding me to styles that suited me best. I never felt rushed and appreciated how patient they were while I tried different options. Overall, the process was smooth and stress free. I highly recommend this Optometry for anyone looking for quality eye care and stylish eyewear.

Everyone is just very friendly. The doctor is great. He explains everything very thoroughly to everyone in my family especially my 10-year-old daughter.

Dr Truong was very knowledgeable, patient, polite and answered all my questions and found solutions for my daily life and how I would need eyewear. The rating is for the front of store staff. From the moment I walked in they were rude, full of attitude and acted like they did not want to be there and were tired of customers. I told them I would like to think about my frames purchase and will come back but they were very pushy to make a sale so I looked at some frames and when I told them again I would like to think about it, more attitude came out. It is a shame because I enjoyed the doctor but the overall experience felt very unwelcoming especially for a boutique store. *This is not my patient name for privacy reasons
