Abbie always does an amazing job checking me in when I come. Sharon made sure my tests went smooth and efficient. Jennifer did a phenomenal job with explaining the breakdown of what was expected per added item on the invoice. WONDERFUL JOB LADIES!! It's ALWAYS heartwarming when I come for my exam.
Had a great experience here. Have been coming in for years. All of the staff are helpful, kind, and professional. The staff helping me included Sara at check-in, Jade was the Tech who performed my tests, Dr. Moore is always great. Finally I was helped with picking frames by J.T. and Jen. Both gave me lots of good advice and I found frames I will really like.
My first visit and it was a very positive experience. The young lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile, gave me clear instructions. The next young lady was also very positive and patient as she took me through several eye test. Dr. Nance was very supportive, and soft spoken as he examined my eyes. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. My final contact was with a young lady named JT to order my glasses. Again very nice, knowledgeable and patient as I decided on the type of frame I would choose. Sorry I didn’t get the names, of the other people I mentioned.
The front desk staff were very kind and efficient. Everyone in the office was welcoming and able to easily provide information. Dr. Hines listened to all of my concerns and was able to quickly help me find a solution that worked while also offering advice that fit my situation. Overall an extremely positive experience and I highly recommend visiting their office.
My ten year old daughter was seen here, and the experience was delightful. Dr. Hines was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His staff (Kenzie, Shelby, JT, and Loran) were all also wonderfully friendly and helpful. I certainly recommend this classy and well-decorated clinic!
