A new, not yet seen patient they got me in within a couple of hours for an "emergency exam." Dr Stevens was so nice, professional and thorough. I left with a referral to an ophthalmologist physician and will return for my regular eye exams. Though I wasn't there for glasses, I noticed a great selection of frames to choose from too!
This is my second year bringing my daughter here.. I really love how friendly they are , they make you feel comfortable , really helpful 👌. Sane reason im brought my other son, and I included myself on getting exam and glasses with them.. Basically the whole family 😁.. Excellent service 👏
Dr is very thorough. Has all the latest equipment. She is down to earth very friendly. Monica, she is the best. Been coming here for 4 yrs and she always finds the right frames and knows what she is doing.
My favorite Optometrist! Dr. Stevens has built an efficient, friendly, supportive practice. Her staff members are friendly and very helpful. I personally travel from Northern California to have my eye care done by Dr. Stevens and her staff. Always recommend this practice.
I received same day appointment, was able to order a pair of frames from Tiffany and received update on eye exam and old glasses. Staff is knowledgeable. I have been at same location for 20 years! Dr. Stevens answers all your questions. Very knowledgeble. Olivie and Monica have great work ethic, answer your questions and are so helpful in helping you find glasses you like. Some of us take a long time too. The Optometry Store is 5 star for sure. You must visit this business.
